    NECCC Competition Winners 2025-2026

Three club members won awards during the Spring 2026 NECCC (New England Camera Club Council) Digital Interclub Competition (class A).  MVCC placed first in the color category, beating 25 other clubs.  The strong finish pulled MVCC into 2nd place overall for the year (three competitions) in that division.  Honor awards went to Richard Ferris for “Snowbow Above Hamnoy” and June Carson for “Low Tide”.  Vikki Quick won first place for “Pool Shark.”  In the monochrome category, MVCC ended the season with the third highest total score from the three competitions.  Our own Art Vaughan was one of the judges for the spring contest.  Congratulations to all the winners and for a great year!

  • Huge congratulations to Barbara Brissenden, whose “Stairwell of Hartness House” won Image of the Year in the monochrome category in the digital interclub series of competitions sponsored by the NECCC (New England Camera Club Council). Just WOW! MVCC had some great images in NECCC competitions during the 2025-2026 season. What a way to cap it off with an IOY honor.
